- DECLARACION DEL IMPUESTO DE LAS CORPORACIONES. Cuando en un municipio se adopte la declaración anual del Impuesto Predial Unificado, esta deberá incluir la autoliquidación del impuesto a la corporación regional, a que se refiere el capítulo II de la presente ley, siempre que corresponda a municipios comprendidos en la jurisdicción de una de tales corporaciones regionales (Ley 44 de 1990, art. 17).
