El Gobierno a través del Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad social, o quien haga sus veces, podrá transferir recursos del Fondo Nacional a los Departamentos, Municipios o Distritos que hayan creado el Fondo de Protección y Apoyo a Personas con Discapacidad y sus Cuidadores o Asistentes Personales, conforme los criterios que el Comité Administrador del Fondo establezca.
