Las cosas secuestradas se mantendrán depositadas en cuanto sea necesario para los fines del proceso. Terminado éste, se entregarán a las autoridades correspondientes si se hubiere ordenado su confiscación; en caso contrario, se destinarán para el pago de lo que deba cubrir el procesado por multas.
