Acción policiva. Ordenada la restitución sin que haya lugar al reconocimiento de mejoras, y si el interesado se negare a la entrega del baldío, el Instituto solicitará a la Policía, para que en un término no superior a cinco (5) días, proceda a ser efectivo el cumplimiento de la decisión administrativa.
