Artículo único. Concédese franquicia telegráfica por quince palabras, a cada uno de los Agrónomos nacionales del Ministerio de Industrias, para, que en su carácter de tales se comuniquen con dicha entidad sobre asuntos urgentes del servicio de cualesquiera poblaciones de la República. Comuníquese y publíquese.
