Modificase el articulo 18 del Decreto 3486del 9 de diciembre de 198, en el sentido de determinar que para el año de 1983, el termino previsto en el citado articulo será de treinta (30) días, contados a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto y para todos los efectos legales establecidos en dicho Decreto.
