El Gobierno procederá a construír el tramo de carretera que partiendo del punto denominado "La Orqueta" en Flandes y pasando por el llano de Camalá, va a Chicoral. En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia o en los subsiguentes, se incluirá la partida de cuarenta mil pesos

($ 40.000.00) para esta construcción.
