Ley 67 de 1928 · POR LA CUAL SE DESTINA UNA SUMA PARA UNA CARRETERA, SE FACULTA AL GOBIERNO PARA CONTRATAR SU CONSTRUCCION Y SE DA UNA AUTORIZACION AL MUNICIPIO DE MARULANDA

Facúltase al Gobierno para contratar la construcción de la obra a que se refiere el artículo anterior, dividida en los siguientes sectores:

º De Ocaña a Aguasclaras.

º De Aguasclaras a Teorama, Convención y San Calixto.

º De Convención a El Carmen.

Parágrafo

Autorízase así mismo al Gobierno para ordenar la construcción de un camino carreteable que una a la ciudad de El Carmen con el puerto de San Bernardino sobre el rio Magdalena, como terminal de la vía nacional de "La Arenosa." Para la ejecución de esta obra se apropiará en los Presupuestos la suma de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25,000) anuales, hasta su terminación.
