°. DEL CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN. Los requisitos mínimos que se establecen en el presente Decreto regirán para los empleados públicos que desempeñan las distintas categorías de empleos de los Ministerios, Departamentos Administrativos, Superintendencia, Establecimientos Públicos y Unidades Administrativas Especiales del orden nacional que emplean la nomenclatura y clasificación de cargos fijada en los Decretosleyes 712, 1042, 1044, 1158, 1302, 1311, 2924 de 1978 y 419 de 1979.
