Capital Social Las SAPAC deberán tener para su autorización un capital pagado no inferior a 3.800 Salarios Mínimos Mensuales Legales Vigentes. Este monto de capital se debe mantener a lo largo de su funcionamiento. Las SAPAC podrán invertir en cualquier activo lícito, nacional o extranjero, siguiendo para ello los procedimientos y cumpliendo las condiciones legales correspondientes establecidas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia para las compañías de seguros generales.
