Decreto 59 de 1904 · Por el cual se reglamenta la producción y venta de licores alcohólicos destilados en la Intendencia Nacional de San Martín

Art. 40. El Administrador, el Arrendatario y sus agentes y guardas que se extralimiten en el ejercicio de las facultades contenidas en el presente Decreto ó cometieren atropellos, serán castigados previas las comprobaciones del caso con multas que no bajarán de tres pesos en oro, y que pueden llegar á cincuenta, fuera de las penas que merezcan por los delitos comunes que hayan cometido.

Parágrafo

Si hubiere reincidencia, las penas señaladas se triplicarán en la primera, y se siguen aumentando en proporción en las siguientes.
