La Caja de Auxilios y Prestaciones de ACDAC celebrará convenio particulares con las empresas o patronos que operen aeronaves destinadas a trabajos especiales, a fin de determinar los aportes que dichas personas deben cubrir a la caja para que los aviadores a su servicio entren a gozar de las prestaciones establecidas por esta. Dichos acuerdos se surtirán ante el Ministerio de Fomento, y para entrar en vigencia requerirán la aprobación del Ministerio del Trabajo.
