Art. 2.° En virtud del artículo anterior, el derecho de importación primitivo se recaudará así: fósforos de cerilla, un peso cincuenta centavos el kilogramo; fósforos de palito, cincuenta centavos el kilogramo; materias primeras para la fabricación de fósforos, veinticinco por ciento sobre los derechos que fija la Tarifa vigente.
