En atención a la Sentencia C-160 de 2017 proferida por la Corte Constitucional y durante la presente vigencia fiscal, las apropiaciones de la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio continuarán ejecutándose en la sección 021400; para efectos presupuestales, la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio deberá contar con los conceptos que se requieran del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
