Del informe a la Contraloría General de la República. Para los efectos a que hubiere lugar, los Jefes Delegados de Presupuesto comunicarán a la Contraloría General de la República las aprobaciones y registros que realicen conforme al artículo anterior. Esta comunicación reemplaza el certificado de reserva que conforme a la legislación anterior expedía la Contraloría General de la República.
