ARTICULO 84. COMISION ASESORA ESPECIAL PARA EL PROCESO LICITATORIO. Créase una comisión asesora especial para el proceso licitatorio de telefonía móvil celular integrada por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, El Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Planeación y el Secretario General de la Presidencia de la República, cuyas funciones serán las de asesorar y recomendar al Ministro de Comunicaciones en el proceso licitatorio, acerca de la toma de decisiones que éste estime convenientes, y en particular las que hacen referencia a los criterios de evaluación y selección de los proponentes y a los mecanismos de regulación del nuevo sistema.
