Entrega de Archivos. Los archivos de los cuales sea el titular el Ministerio de Transporte a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y que tengan relación con las competencias de la Unidad, deberán ser transferidos a esta una vez entre en funcionamiento, en los términos señalados por la Ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen los Secretarios Generales de ambas instituciones.
