º. Autonomía contractual. En ejercicio de la autonomía contractual, el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil suscribirá los contratos que debe celebrar en cumplimiento de sus funciones, sin perjuicio de la delegación que al efecto realice conforme a lo dispuesto en las disposiciones legales y en el presente decreto.
