Inspección, vigilancia y control. Las disposiciones del presente Capítulo sobre piscinas de uso restringido no abiertas al público en general podrán ser objeto de verificación en cualquier momento por parte de las autoridades competentes, quienes podrán aplicar las sanciones a que haya lugar a los responsables de las piscinas que incumplan con lo dispuesto en el presente Capítulo y las normas que expida el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social sobre la materia.
