Art. 2.° El producto del impuesto de que trata el artículo anterior, corresponderá al Tesoro nacional en los siguientes términos: Integramente en los Consulados de Nueva York, Liverpool, Southampton, el Havre, Saint-Nazaire y Hamburgo, en la Administración de Correos de Panamá y en la Agencia postal de Colón; y en las demás Oficinas consulares, la mitad del producto de las certificaciones de sobordos y facturas.
