Artículo único. Prohíbese á los particulares la introducción al país de papel que tenga marcado el escudo de la República en aguas ó transparente. Los contraventores á este Decreto sufrirán la pena de confiscación del papel que traten de introducir, sin perjuicio de que se les haga efectiva la responsabilidad en que incurran respecto del Código de Aduanas.
