A solicitud del pasajero, la totalidad o cualquier parte de su equipaje podrá remitirse en tránsito de una aduana a otra, siempre que haya medios de transporte, prestando la fianza de que trata esta Ley. Si en una aduana se hubiere examinado cualquier parte de tal equipaje y se le hubiere declarado exenta de derechos de conformidad con este capítulo , se anotará esta circunstancia en la declaración del equipaje y se tendrá en cuenta al hacerse el aforo definitivo Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
