Art. 1539. Se reputa haber fallado la condición positiva o haberse cumplido la negativa, cuando ha llegado a ser cierto que no sucederá el acontecimiento contemplado en ella, o cuando ha expirado el tiempo dentro del cual el acontecimiento ha debido verificarse i no se ha verificado.
