°. Régimen de transición . Los Fondos de Mutuos de Inversión sometidos a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia que se encuentren en funcionamiento, tendrán un término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la publicación del presente decreto, para adoptar las medidas necesarias para el cumplimiento del mismo.
