Del ejercicio ilegal. Entiéndese por ejercicio ilegal de la profesión de optómetra, toda actividad realizada dentro del campo de competencias de la presente ley, por quien no ostenta la calidad de profesional de la optometría y no esté autorizado debidamente para desempeñarse como tal.
