Periodo máximo de inactividad de la tierra . Salvo situaciones de caso fortuito o fuerza mayor, en ningún caso el cronograma presentado para el desarrollo del proyecto podrá prever la inactividad de las tierras que conforman el área consolidada por más de dieciocho (18) meses.
