Sanción. El conductor o propietario de una motocicleta que circule con acompañante o parrillero dentro de las zonas u horarios objeto de restricción será sancionado de conformidad con las normas aplicables por la prestación ilegal del servicio público de transporte de pasajeros o servicio no autorizado.
