º. El inciso primero del artículo 3º quedará así: De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 24, 25-2 y

, 26, 28 y 29 de la Ley 130 de 1994, durante el día de elecciones se prohíbe toda clase de manifestaciones; de comunicados y entrevistas con fines político electorales a través de radio, prensa y televisión; así como toda clase de propaganda móvil, estática o sonora, camisetas, sombreros, cualquier otra prenda de vestir, banderas, casetas y similares que hagan alusión en cualquier forma al acto electoral que se realiza.
