Parágrafo

al artículo 50 de la Ley 789 de 2002, así:

Parágrafo 4

Para efectos de verificar el cumplimiento de lo señalado en el presente artículo, las entidades verificarán mediante la herramienta tecnológica que ponga a disposición el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, el pago de los aportes al Sistema General de Seguridad Social. En consecuencia, no habrá lugar a exigir a los contratistas de prestación de servicios suscritos con personas naturales la presentación de la planilla en físico”.
