Sistema de información del banco de proyectos de inversión en las Zonas Más Afectadas por el Conflicto Armado (Zomac). La Agencia de Renovación del Territorio (ART) mantendrá actualizado el banco de proyectos deinversión en las Zonas Más Afectadas por el Conflicto Armado (Zomac), financiables por el mecanismo de pago - Obras por Impuestos-, Este banco estará soportado por el Sistema Unificado de Inversiones y Finanzas Públicas (SUIFP) y contemplará los procesos de viabilización, registro y seguimiento a la ejecución de estos proyectos.
