Artículo primero. Establécese, desde el presente año de 1969, con sujeción a los planes y programas prescritos por el Decreto número 603 de 1966, el Bachillerato Técnico Agrícola en los siguientes planteles de educación: Normal Agrícola de Valsálice de Fusagasugá en el Departamento de Cundinamarca, San Jorge de Ibagué en el Departamento del Tolima, e Instituto Superior de Educación Rural de Pamplona, en el Departamento de Norte de Santander.
