La nave, vehículo o aeronave, según fuere el caso, y su respectivo consignatario o agente, serán individual y solidariamente responsables de la entrega de toda la mercancía descargada de dicha nave, vehículo o aeronave, o relacionada en su respectivo sobordo como consignada en puerto o lugar de su llegada, a la aduana a quien la ley, los reglamentos o contrato autorizaren para recibirla. La persona autorizada para recibir la mercancía y que la recibiere de conformidad con este artículo, será responsable de su presentación a la aduana. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
