ARTICULO 123 . En los yates de recreo, solamente las tripulaciones de cubierta y de máquinas requerirán de Licencia de Navegación expedida por la Autoridad Marítima. Al resto de tripulación de dichas naves sólo se le expedirá una Tarjeta de Autorización, expedida en la Capitanía de Puerto. En el caso de tener dicho tripulante Licencia de Navegación de cualquier clase, en la respectiva especialidad, no requerirá de Tarjeta de Autorización.
