De la inscripción. La inscripción en el registro especial se efectuará

1.

Cuando se reconozca la personería jurídica a las instituciones sin ánimo de lucro.

2.

Cuando se otorgue licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento a las entidades que lo requieren.

3.

Cuando se clasifiquen y califiquen para efectos de contratación de servicios a las personas naturales o Jurídicas privadas especializadas en servicios de salud.

4.

En todos los casos en que una institución privada pretenda prestar servicios de salud en determinada área territorial.
