La aplicación del Examen de Calidad de la Educación Superior de los estudiantes de pregrado de medicina, estará sujeta a la disponibilidad presupuestal respectiva; la Dirección General del Instituto Colombiano de Fomento para la Educación Superior -Icfes-, la certificará y hará anualmente la previsión presupuestal para la realización de estos exámenes.
