Las exportaciones de banano fresco qué se clasifican bajo las subpartidas arancelarias 08.03.00.12.00 (tipo cavendish valery), 08.03.00.19.10 (banano bocadillo musa acuminata) y 08.03.00.19.90 (los demás), cuyo destino sea uno de los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea, y hasta concurrencia de un cupo total de ciento noventa y, nueve mil novecientas cinco toneladas métricas y seis kilos (199.905.006 TM), para el período comprendido entre el primero (1º) de abril y el treinta (30) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en los siguientes artículos.
