Trazabilidad. El INVIMA requerirá al titular, fabricante, importador, las entidades territoriales y a toda aquella persona jurídica y natural que intervenga en la cadena del suministro del medicamento bajo Autorización Sanitaria de Uso de Emergencia, los soportes, registros y datos de movimientos de los que trata el numeral 14.2 del artículo 14 del presente decreto con el fin de garantizar la trazabilidad de los medicamentos en el marco de lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
