Reglamentación de las cualidades, características o atributos ambientales. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el presente capítulo el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible establecerá las definiciones y los requisitos que deberán aplicarse para anunciar un producto que genere beneficios ambientales.

Previa expedición, las definiciones y requisitos establecidos por el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, deberán surtir el proceso de notificación internacional, a través del Punto de Contacto, ante la Organización Mundial del Comercio y demás socios comerciales.
