Conformación. Estarán integradas por:

1.

El Ministro de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible o su delegado.

2.

Los Directores de las Autoridades Ambientales o sus delegados.

Parágrafo 1

La delegación recaerá en un funcionario del nivel directivo o asesor.

Parágrafo 2

Cualquiera de los miembros integrantes de la Unidad Ambiental Costera podrá convocar la conformación de la Comisión Conjunta a que haya lugar. Una vez conformada, el acto administrativo de constitución se publicará en el Diario Oficial.
