Podrán intervenir en la actuación disciplinaria que se adelante por acoso laboral, el investigado y su defensor, el sujeto pasivo o su representante, el Ministerio Público, cuando la actuación se adelante en el Consejo Superior o Seccional de la Judicatura o en el Congreso de la República contra los funcionarios a que se refiere el artículo 174 de la Constitución Nacional.
