Artículo sexto. Los artículos primero, segundo, tercero, y quinto de este Decreto, regirán a partir del primero (1°) de enero de 1966, y en esa fecha, quedarán suspendidas las disposiciones que les sean contrarias. El artículo cuarto tiene vigencia inmediata y suspende las normas que le sean contrarias.
