LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Articulo 107. Cuando de conformidad con el artículo 19 del Decreto 2143 de 1974 una sucesión por causa de muerte se acoja al nuevo régimen, las asignaciones hechas a los herederos o legatarios quedan sujetas al impuesto complementario de ganancias ocasionales, el cual se causa en el ejercicio dentro del cual quede ejecutoriada la sentencia aprobatoria de la partición, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 109 del presente Decreto.
