Respecto a los colombianos que se hallen en el exterior que no hayan definido su situación militar, se les aplicará prescripciones de la Ley 1 de 1945 y las de su reglamentación para efectos de inscripción, examen médico, sorteo, y sanciones que haya lugar. Las funciones en estos casos serán las prescritas en el artículo 27 de este Decreto. CAPITULO VII Examen de aptitud física.
