Art. 333. No se anularán los instrumentos públicos por la omisión de las formalidades de que habla el artículo 2595 del Código Civil adoptado, cuando sean conocidos el Notario ante quien se otorgaron, las personas que intervinieron como otorgantes, aceptantes y testigos, y sean suyas las firmas aunque no sean enteras.
