El artículo 377 de la Ley 599 de 2000 tendrá un nuevo inciso del siguiente tenor:
Las sanciones previstas en este artículo, no aplicarán para el uso médico y científico del cannabis siempre y cuando se tengan las licencias otorgadas, ya sea por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social o el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, según sus competencias.
