Article 3

Las Juntas De Que Trata Este Decreto Estarán Constituidas En La Siguiente Forma: Por El Administrador De La Aduana, Quien La Presidirá Y Será Su Representante Legal; Por El Comandante Del Resguardo O El Funcionario Que Haga Sus Veces; El Presidente Y El Vicepresidente Del Sindicato De Empleados De La Aduana O Sus Representantes, Los Cuales Deberán Ser Miembros De La Directiva, Y Por Tres (3) Representantes De Los Empleados De La Aduana O Sus Respectivos Suplentes

Las Juntas de que trata este Decreto estarán constituidas en la siguiente forma: Por el Administrador de la Aduana, quien la presidirá y será su representante legal; por el Comandante del Resguardo o el funcionario que haga sus veces; el Presidente y el Vicepresidente del sindicato de empleados de la Aduana o sus representantes, los cuales deberán ser miembros de la Directiva, y por tres (3) representantes de los empleados de la Aduana o sus respectivos suplentes.

Parágrafo

En la Aduana donde no hubiere sindicato, la Junta estará constituída solamente por el personal restante indicado anteriormente.
