° Las herramientas, maquinaria, enseres y semovientes pertenecientes a la vía, quedarán bajo la responsabilidad del Cajero Contador para ante la Corte de Cuentas, y de ellos deberá formar un inventario, el que enviará a dicha Corte y al Ministerio del ramo, debidamente visado por el Ingeniero Administrador. El Jefe de Trabajos será responsable ante el Cajero Contador, de esos elementos.
