º El incremento en las inversiones de las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda en Nuevos Bonos de Vivienda Popular del Instituto de Crédito Territorial podrá ser computado como parte del porcentaje de las colocaciones que las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda deben destinar a vivienda de valor comercial hasta de 1.300 Upac conforme al artículo 2º del Decreto 1325 de 1983 y normas que lo adicionen o reformen.
