Novedades a la capacidad de afiliación geográfica. Las Entidades Promotoras de Salud o quien haga sus veces, que pretendan realizar modificaciones a su capacidad de afiliación geográfica, deberán obtener autorización previa de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, siempre y cuando dichas modificaciones no excedan el número máximo de EPS permitido por municipio y/o distrito, establecidos en el literal iii) del artículo 2.5.2.7.3. del presente acto administrativo. Esta autorización estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por la Superintendencia para la aplicación del régimen de autorización previa.
