Obligaciones generales. En todo caso los propietarios están obligados a:

Facilitar y cooperar en la práctica de diligencias que la autoridad ambiental competente considere convenientes para supervisar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones a que se refiere este Decreto, y suministrar los datos y documentos que le sean requeridos;

Informar a la autoridad ambiental competente en forma inmediata si dentro de sus predios o predios vecinos, o en aguas riberanas, se producen deterioros en los recursos naturales renovables por causas naturales o por el hecho de terceros, o existe el peligro de que se produzcan, y a cooperar en las labores de prevención o corrección que adelante el autoridad ambiental competente.
